Description

As a part of A Dash of Lavender: Celebrating LGBTQ+ history month with Queer Botany, there will be a poetry reading at Chelsea Physic Garden. Following a long line of creative queers before us, Queer Botany will host a safe creative space to share writings about nature and plants from a queer perspective. There will be 3 guest poets, a host, an open mic, and time to mingle. We’re looking for LGBTQ+ poets who can read for 10-15 minutes and a host who can introduce the poets, open and close the set, and facilitate 15 minutes of open mic.
